He doesn't really push one way or another unless it's something that would be a mistake. This approach really worked well for us and in the end, he did steer us in a couple of directions which ended up being beautiful. If a subcontractor was going to be a day or 2 late he would communicate that to us and in general everything happened exactly on time and as planned.
